New Forms (Procedures)

In order to facilitate access to justice for self-represented litigants, the Tribunal updated all of its forms (procedures). A new form of Application to have your file moved to another district was also added (available in French only, for the moment).

Have been updated, in both English and French:

• Application to Institute Proceedings

• Plaintiff’s Factum and list of exhibits

• Defendant’s Factum and list of exhibits

• List of Exhibits filed by the Defendant

• Application for Postponement of a Hearing

• Application for Relief from the Default of Filing the Factum in the Time Limit Provided

• Notice of discontinuance
