Filing of procedures
The Tribunal conducts hearings in all judicial districts of Québec.
Every procedure must be filed with Office of the Court of Québec (the greffe) situated in the judicial district where the Defendant is domiciled or has his/her principal place of business (e.g. head office). The case will be heard in the courthouse of that district.
