ABOLITION OF FACTUMS - AMENDMENTS TO SECTIONS 114 AND 115 OF THE CHARTER
Following the amendments to sections 114 and 115 of the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, parties no longer have to file factums as of September 1st, 2023.
